Who We Are Looking For:

A motivated Taproom Shift Supervisor(TSS) for our Santa Barbara location. This fast-growing team values hard work and a vibrant company culture. The primary responsibilities of the TSS will be to assist with managing the taproom's daily activities and employees. 

This position assists the Regional Taproom Manager (RTM)  with overseeing Beertenders and checking in with customers and employees to ensure customer service and quality standards are met. This employee reports to the RTM and is the supervisor on duty when the RTM is not on site. This employee can delegate tasks, may be the point person for the execution of taproom events, and must be a self-starter. When time permits, this position circulates the taproom to engage with customers and complete any tasks delegated to them by RTM.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 

  • Delegate side-work to employees when it’s slower to keep taprooms clean and organized
  • Responsible for submitting twice-weekly inventory to maintain an accurate delivery schedule
  • IT troubleshooting as it pertains to FOH functionality (Know how to troubleshoot POS, WiFi, etc)
  • Complete incident reports for all taproom incidents in a timely manner
  • Draft/Coldbox Maintenance, keeping Coldbox clean and organized
  • Restock inventory weekly and maintain accurate inventory in POS
  • Display leadership skills and make sure the taproom is running efficiently
  • Keep customer service standards high and maintain that staff is staying busy during downtimes

Requirements:

- 3+ years of hospitality experience 
- Must be flexible to pick up shifts at other locations when needed
- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting for draft systems, glass rinsers, crowler machine
- Must be able to attend Supervisor meetings once per quarter at other taprooms (Ventura/Ojai/Camarillo)


Pay and Benefits:
This is a full-time (30 hours minimum) position at $18 + tips (during bartending shifts). All credit card tips are paid out on each paycheck bi-weekly and all cash tips are disbursed at the end of the night.
